Ms. Roni Avneri holds a bachelor's degree in sociology and anthropology and geography with a division in geoinformatics, and a research master's degree in natural and environmental resource management and urban planning (with honors). Her thesis dealt with the perception of loss resulting from long-term environmental changes, the dynamism of the perception of loss and the emotional reactions resulting from the receding of the Dead Sea level. Today, Ms. Avneri is engaged in social accompaniment in the field of urban renewal.
