(Poster) Tali Medina Neyman Starli Tali5starli@gmail.com Abstract The current research focuses on personalized learning for populations with learning disabilities and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). This study employs a personal action research approach where the researcher, who is a teacher, copes with learning disabilities and ADHD. The researcher investigated the integration of advanced technologies into teaching practices to meet their needs. The study utilizes an innovative educational technology: the artificial intelligence (AI) tool ChatGPT. The research objectives include: 1. Evaluating ChatGPT’s effectiveness in supporting personalized learning for individuals with learning disabilities and ADHD. 2. Assessing its impact on the researcher's organizational abilities, such as managing documents and clothing. 3. Examining improvements in teaching skills. 4. Analyzing the advantages of using this tool in educational settings to determine its optimal integration. The methodology included semi-structured questionnaires, self-observations, and continuous documentation. ChatGPT was used for support, guidance, and personalized recommendations, facilitating improvements in learning and organization. Findings indicate significant improvement in organizational skills, better management of materials, and increased self-efficacy, positively influencing teaching practices and learning adaptations for students with learning disabilities and ADHD. The AI-based interaction provided real-time, adaptive support, fostering independent learning and motivation. Despite these improvements, challenges were noted, such as prolonged processes and the differences between free versus paid versions of ChatGPT Overall, this study suggests that integrating AI tools like ChatGPT in personalized learning can significantly enhance organizational skills and learning outcomes for students with learning disabilities and ADHD. It also supports teachers and researchers by enhancing teaching practices and fostering inclusive and adaptive educational environments.
