During the project, students complete collaborative online tasks according to their supervising professor's guidelines. This research investigates attitudinal changes in cultural contexts among Arab and Jewish students participating in the 2023-2024 TEC project. Specifically, the current study aimed to examine factors contributing to intercultural attitudes among Arab and Jewish students within the TEC online environment. The quantitative research population comprised 114 students from Arab and Jewish sectors in Israel across ten colleges, who completed questionnaires at the beginning and end of their TEC project participation. The findings indicate that cognitive openness is a key factor for success engagement and satisfaction from the online collaborative project, while technology anxiety and religiosity level constitute significant barriers. The positive relationship between satisfaction, course evaluation, and group development emphasizes the importance of positive learning experiences and social engagement in the online environment. Keywords: intercultural education, online learning, TEC model, Arab-Jewish relations, openness. תקציר מרכז TEC נבנה על יוזמה רב תרבותי ת הכולל למידה שיתופית מקוונת של קבוצות סטודנטים מתרבויות שונות, בה הם מקיימים אינטראקציה בין אישית במשך תקופה של סמסטר עד שנה. במהלך הפרויקט עוסקי ם י הסטודנטים במילוי משימות מקוונות בהתאם להנחיות המרצה המלווה . מודל TEC הוא מודל שנועד לפתח אמון באמצעות סביבות למידה שיתופיות מקוונות. מודל זה מרחיב את תאורית המגע, לפיה ניתן להפחית סטריאוטיפים ודעות קדומות על ידי מגע קרוב בין אנשים מקבוצות שונות בעלות סטטוס זהה, אינטרסים משותפים ומשימה זהה, אשר נתמך על ידי גוף מוסדי כלשהו. המודל מושתת על שלושה מרכיבים: מפגשים, ת כנים לימודיים והערכה וטכנולוגיה ) Ganayem, 2020 ( . אולם פעילות שיתופית מקוונת אינה קלה לביצוע והאתגרים רבים )שינפלד, 2022 ( במחקר זה נבחנים שינוי עמדות בהקשר תרבותי בקרב סטודנטים ערבים ויהודים אשר השתתפו בפרויקט TEC שנת ב 2024-2023 . בהקשר זה, מטרת המחקר הנוכחי הייתה לבחון את הגורמים התורמים לעמדות רב - רבותיות ת בקרב סטודנטים ערבים ויהודים בסביבה המקוונת של TEC . במחקר הכמותי הנתוני ם ייאספו באמצעות שאלון ה. מקוון מחקר האיכותני התבסס על ראיונות חצי מובנים שנמשכו בין 30 ל -40 דקות.
