The research focuses on investigating the relationship between participation in a multicultural online collaborative learning project and the changes in students' multicultural attitudes, while examining mediating variables such as self-perceived leadership, level of social network activity, and program satisfaction. The research was conducted among 300 fifth and sixth-grade students, from 10 schools (5 from the Jewish sector and 5 from the Arab sector) participating in the Tec4Schools program. The methodology includes self-report questionnaires, administered at two time points - at the beginning and at the end of the second semester, both to the research group and a control group. The findings are expected to contribute to understanding the factors that promote positive multicultural attitudes, through online collaborative learning and provide practical insights for developing educational programs that promote intercultural dialogue in the Israeli education system. Keywords: Online Learning, Multiculturalism, Collaborative Learning, online collaborative learning, Leadership. תקציר מחקר זה בוחן את הגורמים המשפיעים על שינוי עמדות בלמידה שיתופית מקוונת בסביבה מרובת תרבויות, במסגרת פרויקט Tec4Schools . המחקר בחן את הקשר בין השתתפות בפרויקט למידה שיתופית מקוונת רב - תרבותית, לבין שינוי בעמדות רב - תרבותיות של תלמידים, תוך בחינת משתנים מתווכים כגון תפיסת מנהיגות עצמית, רמת פעילות ברשת חברתית ושביעות רצון מהתוכנית. המחקר התבצע בקרב 300 תלמידים מכיתות ה' - ו', מ -10 בתי ספר בישראל ) 5 מהמגזר היהודי ו -5 מהמגזר הערבי(, המשתתפים בתוכנית Tec4Schools . המתודולוגיה כללה שאלונים לדיווח עצמי, ש ה ועברו בשתי נקודות זמן – בתחילת סמסטר ב ' ובסיומו, הן לקבוצת המחקר והן לקבוצת ביקורת. הממצאים צפויים לתרום להבנת הגורמים המקדמים פיתוח
