The research was conducted within the TEC Multiple Collaboration project, an educational program that brings together students, teachers, and student teachers from diverse cultural backgrounds in Israeli society. The project begins with initial introductions through a bilingual social-educational network, continues with participation in gradually structured tasks, including group discussions and building virtual cars, and culminates in a virtual car race and a face-to-face meeting. Throughout the process, student teachers support the students, teachers serve as facilitators, and the project team provides techno-pedagogical support. Through semi-structured interviews with 15 participants (students, teachers, student teachers, and project leaders), skills development was examined in three areas: technology, social-emotional communication, and critical thinking and creativity. The findings showed that the combination of pedagogical approaches in the digital multicultural environment contributed to the development of digital skills, improved social-emotional skills, and fostered critical thinking and creativity. The study's conclusions provide insights for developing curricula that prepare learners to face the challenges of the 21st century in multicultural contexts.
