The rapid growth of GenAI presents new opportunities to improve, and even fundamentally transform, teaching and learning processes, while also posing pedagogical, technological, and ethical challenges. The current study aimed to examine the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) in integrating GenAI among teachers in Israel using the Intelligent-TPACK model. The study included 140 teachers from schools across the country who completed an online questionnaire. Data collection was conducted in March 2024 and lasted approximately four months. Analysis of the findings reveals significant positive correlations between different knowledge domains. Additionally, teachers who participated in professional development training on GenAI demonstrated higher levels across all types of knowledge compared to those who did not participate. The findings also indicate that teachers who use GenAI tools frequently exhibit higher levels of knowledge in all model components compared to teachers who use these tools less frequently. In light of these findings, it is recommended that the education system work towards developing a comprehensive, practical, and continuous professional development program for integrating GenAI tools in teaching and learning processes, thereby transforming the GenAI revolution into an opportunity to advance the education system into the era of artificial intelligence. Keywords: Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), Teacher education, Technology integration, TPACK. תקציר בינה מלאכותית יוצרת ) GenAI ( מתפתחת במהירות ומשפיעה על תחומים רבים, כולל תחום החינוך. ה צמיחה המהירה של GenAI מציבה הזדמנויות חדשות לשיפור , ואפילו לשנות מהיסוד, תהליכי הוראה ולמידה, אך גם מציבה אתגרים פדגוגיים, טכנולוגיים ואתיים. מטרת המחקר הנוכחי הייתה לבחון את הידע הטכנולוגי - פדגוגי - תוכני בשילוב GenAI בקרב מורים בישראל תוך שימוש במודל Intelligent-TPACK . במחקר השתתפו 140 מורים המלמדים בבתי ספר בכל רחבי הארץ שענו על שאלון מקוון. איסוף הנתונים נערך ב חודש מרץ 2024 ונמשך כארבעה חודשים. מניתוח הממצאים עולה כי קיימים קשרים חיוביים ומובהקים בין תחומי הידע השונים . עוד נמצא כי מורים שהשתתפו בהשתלמות מקצועית בנושא ה - GenAI הראו רמות גבוהות יותר בכל סוגי הידע, בהשוואה למורים שלא השתתפו. הממצאים אף מלמדים כי מורים
